How does the authorization process work?

When you use the Free Home Try-On service, you will be asked to provide payment details at checkout. We will then authorize your credit card for the order amount to ensure the payment method is valid. This is not a charge, and no funds will be taken from your account at this stage. The authorization temporarily holds the potential total cost of the order until you confirm that you want to keep the item. The charge will appear as pending in your account, but not paid.

When will I be charged for my order?

You will only be charged if you choose to keep the product after finalizing your order through the Customer Portal. You will also be charged if the trial period ends and we don't receive any communication from you.

Where is this service available?

Please note this service is currently only available in United States, United Kingdom and Australia.

Is there a fee to participate in the Try Before You Buy program?

No, there is no additional fee to participate. You only pay for the jacket if you decide to keep it after the trial period. 

How long can I keep the jacket before deciding to return it?

You have [3] days from the date of delivery to try on the jacket and decide if you want to keep it.

What condition must the jacket be in if I decide to return it?

The jacket must be in its original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached. Please return it in the original packaging.

What happens if I accidentally damage the jacket during the trial period?

If the jacket is damaged during the trial period, you may be charged a fee depending on the extent of the damage. Please handle the product with care to avoid any charges.

Can I try more than one leather jacket at a time?

Currently, you can only try one leather jacket under the Try Before Buy facility. 

Can I exchange a jacket instead of returning it?

Yes, if you prefer a different size or style, you can exchange the jacket within the trial period. Simply contact our customer service to arrange the exchange.

Can I use a discount code?

Yes, you can use a discount code, but it must be applied at the time of the initial order. Enter your discount code at checkout before completing your order details. The discount will be reflected in the final amount you pay for any items you decide to keep.
