Matrix Black Leather Biker Jacket

I purchased this jacket as a gift and was concerned it might be too big or that the leather quality wouldn't be good. I was delighted when he tried it on. It fit perfectly in terms of arm length, body, and the beautiful leather. He has about a 40-inch chest but a small waist, and the large size I ordered was perfect.

This jacket is excellent but runs a bit smaller than expected for larger individuals. I would recommend getting a 3X instead of a 2X if you're a big guy. I had to return the 2X as it was too tight around the middle. Besides the sizing issue, I appreciate the jacket's features, and I'm exchanging it for a larger size.

Initially, upon unpacking it, I thought it was faux leather because it looked brand new, shiny, and smooth. However, as I wore it and allowed it to break in, the natural creases and leather texture became more apparent. It only required a bit of conditioning, so I recommend breaking it in before forming an opinion. The leather is thin, exceptionally soft, and distinct from the thicker leather found in other jackets. The jacket itself is thin and comfortable, suitable for the climate in Southern California. I'm 5'11" and weigh 208 pounds with a 36" waist and an athletic build. My typical jacket size is 42R, and my shirt size is 17.5 34-35. I ordered a size L, and the jacket fits perfectly. Leather jackets, especially moto jackets, aren't meant to fit loosely.

I've noticed complaints about the small fit in some reviews. Those individuals should perhaps focus on their waistlines rather than the jacket. If you're slim and fit, you'll appreciate how this jacket complements your physique. It's form-fitting and accentuates the V-shape that a healthy man should have.

I got this for my son, and it looks amazing on him! It's great quality, has a relaxed fit, and the perfect arm and body length. He loves it, and it's very comfortable.
